At Black Sheep, we strive to provide excellent customer service. Please take note of the following details regarding returns and exchanges:
Shoes:
All shoe sales are final and non-refundable. We highly recommend ensuring the correct size before completing your purchase in-store. Our knowledgeable staff is available to assist you in finding the perfect fit.
Refunds:
Refunds are available for eligible items within 20 days of the original purchase date, provided that the items are in their original condition and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you no longer have your receipt, we can attempt to locate your purchase in our system, although we cannot guarantee success.
Perishable Items:
Perishable items such as food and beverages cannot be returned for a refund or exchange due to health and safety regulations.
Availability of Exchange Products:
Due to the rapid turnover of inventory, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific exchange items. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange preferences, but please be aware that alternatives may need to be considered.
Holiday Items:
Holiday-themed items may not be eligible for exchanges after the holiday has passed. We encourage you to make your selections carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
Process for Returns and Exchanges:
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our store with the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Our team will assist you with the process and address any questions or concerns you may have.

We are working furiously to ship items to you. Until then you can select local pickup at check out and we’ll hold your item here at the store.
We are working to ship to all states within the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not plan to offer international shipping. We retain the discretion to decline shipping any order. In the event of Black Sheep refusing shipment, a full refund will be issued.
